Harvest Bundt Cake Recipe!!

Hello everyone

I have been very busy here with our kids and their activities and getting ready for the big craft show this Saturday. We have not been in the field since one week ago when it started to rain. We only had about 100 acres of wheat left to combine but we just couldn't get it done before the rain. When it dries and the sun comes out we will be able to finish the wheat and move on to flax, corn and finally sunflowers.

Many people requested the Harvest Bundt Cake
recipe so I am here to please! :) This cake really does make your house smell wonderful!!!

1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
1 c canola oil
1/2 t vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c all-purpose flour
15 oz can pumpkin
1 apple. cored, peeled and chopped

  6. So sorry to hear about the rain that you are getting.
We have snow in our forecast for the weekend. This will not help the farmers with their crops.
I am glad that you posted the bundt cake recipe.

  9. Yummo, as always. Too bad about the rain, tho we also have a bit of snow forecast for this weekend. Nothing that will stick as the ground is too warm yet, but just a teaser for what is coming our way.
    You are one busy mama!

  14. Sorry to hear you've had so much rain, and thanks for visiting. I've put blogging on hold a little bit because things at work being so hectic that I started to stress out some. This looks like something I would really enjoy. Although without the icing ... diabetes you know. But that doesn't mean I can't make this and have it with a cup of tea. Oh my! My mouth is watering right now. Thanks for always sharing such perfectly delicious recipes. I'm still making the EZ Lasagna and, my friend, Andy upstairs is still loving it every time I share with him. He says 'thanks' too. xxoo
