    I was just telling my other half that I really want sunflowers! He just told me he has the seeds. Thanks for telling me, other half! Now I won't get any sunflowers until next year!! Men!

    When we were traveling through S Dakota years back, I got my first look at sunflower fields. Beautiful indeed! I do enjoy your pictures AND your good recipes.

    Gorgeous pictures! We are surrounded by milo at the moment...not quite as beautiful as sunflowers, yet still pretty in its own right. :) Looking forward to more recipes...I have your Cowpoke chilli in the crock pot right now! This is the second time I have made it. Yummy!

    I love sunflower because they turn toward the sun, reminding me I need to turn toward the son. Those are great photos---I especially like the ones with you kids. Julie

    Sister P would love your fields of sunflowers. They are her favorites. I would go on sunflower seed overload if I was allowed to go into your field because I just love eating them. :) Your pictures always remind me that there are still farming families out there keeping the dream alive.
