So we took a drive.....

(click picture to enlarge..it's much better that way!)

to check out the lake that we love to go camping, fishing, boating and tubing. We were curious to see how much the lake has come up due to all the snow this winter. We were happy to see that it has risen quite a bit. This photo is one that I took that shows the scenery around one spot that we camp. I really think it is a lovely shot.

So, I have been busy as you can tell by posts or lack there of! Our kids have a lot of end of the school year activities, concerts ect...I have been doing a lot of spring cleaning and spending some time outdoors too. After the long winter it is so wonderful to feel the sun on my face and hear the birds singing away in our yard. My farmer is PATIENTLY waiting for the fields to dry out so he can begin planting. I do have some pictures taken so that I can share some yummy recipes. Lil' Farmchick found a new one in a magazine that she just had to try. It turned out awesome. I will be sharing that with you all in just a few short days so make sure you stop back to see that!! All is going well here...tell me what YOU have been up too!!

Hugs~
