Darling Cheesecake and Mud!

I made these tasty little Mini Cheesecakes for Mother's Day dessert.........I can't wait to share the recipe with you. I think you will like them and they are just sooooo darling. :)

It has been raining for the past two days here..........I cannot stand not seeing the sun for days on end! We have not even started spring planting here..........it's starting to get late. Water is running everywhere and there is MUD everywhere too. Have you ever noticed......mud attracts feet? ;)
Even Sheba has muddy feet........along with everyone else that lives on this farm.

Notice the water standing in one of our fields? It was raining a very fine mist when I took this photograph. See a few of our ladies off in the distance? They are due to have their babies very soon. I hope the sun is shining when that happens.

Thanks for visiting me.....I really enjoy when you stop over. Don't forget to leave me a note and brighten my day. :) I would love to stop by your place for a visit too.

  1. Yummy looking little cheesecake!
I totally agree about the mud. We're water well drillers and have not been able to move our rig onto any job sites until today. It's been so muddy that the rig will just sink. It's finally starting to dry out here. And we had sunshine for a couple of days! Spring...finally!

  8. I guess I am just grateful the white stuff stopped falling. How nice it would be if the mud stopped at the mudroom door.
Don't you love when the dogs take a huge drink from a muddy puddle and then need to rush over and give you a kiss?

  9. Those sure do look yummy.
We are in need of rain here as this sandy soil dries up very quickly and winds of 50+ everyday don't help.
We had a very dusty weekend since the neighbor decided to disc up his field.
Have a nice day and I hope you dry out soon.
    Hugs

  12. Hi there! I was just hopping around visiting a few new blogs this morning and came across your charming farm here! This cheesecake looks amazing! My husband's birthday is tomorrow and cheesecake is his favorite dessert. I like the idea of the minis...then we won't feel like we have to eat so much at once!

We've had a week of rain, but the sun finally came out yesterday...what a welcome sight!

I hope sunny days are in your forecast for the next several days, so you can get everything planted.

    Blessings...
