Weight Watcher Wednesday ~ Light Granola and I won, I won!!!!

So, of course today is Weight Watchers Wednesday. I thought I would share a quick and easy granola recipe. You can add whatever you want to this recipe. It is lighter than most but I think you will still find it pretty darn tasty!! I used blueberries in mine today. I love it!!



LIGHT AND EASY GRANOLA
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp Parkay butter spray
2 cups of mixed dried fruits, nuts, and
seeds (blueberries, sunflower seeds, apricots, raisins,cherries,cranberries, walnuts, cashews, pistachios.

Mix together. Line a pan with parchment paper and bake for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
