Weight Watcher Wednesday ~ Nilla Yogurt Freeze

I'm here....I'm here!! Where have I been?? Busy....busy with life....busy with our family....I have no excuses....I have just been sooo busy!! I am back though {hoping} I can keep up with my blog as I miss all of you. I miss your words, your comments, your emails....and I miss reading YOUR blogs!! :)

So, I am back with Weight Watcher Wednesday. Today I am making a cute little treat. I think you will love it!

Nilla Yogurt Freeze

To make one this is what you need....you of course will want to make MORE than one...so just adjust your recipe accordingly.

2 Reduced Fat NILLA wafers
2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP LITE topping
2 Tbsp. Strawberry low-fat yogurt {use your favorite flavor}

Place one of the wafers on the bottom of one paper-lined muffin cup; top with combined whipped topping and yogurt.

Put remaining wafer on top of yogurt...however you see fit!! :)

Freeze one hour or until firm.

DONE!!

Now, take them out of the freezer and hand them out to your family--they will love this sweet, simple treat!!

Thanks for stopping by....please leave me a comment...as most of you know....I LOVE your comments!! I am hoping to be visiting soon.

  6. Love your blog. Do you do Weight Watchers on-line? I think I am going to sign up for the on-line version, since I am at my computer 24/7 and I don't like going to the meetings. They take to much time.
    If you do, do you like it.
    Thanks Cheryl
