Farmchick's Cube Steak Sandwich Recipe


Farmchick's Cube Steak Sandwich

2 pounds cube steak
McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 cup broth
2-8 oz cans of mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
Butter
Salt and pepper
3 garlic cloves
Hard Rolls
mozzarella cheese or swiss cheese

Season steak with spice and set aside.
Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter, add some salt and pepper to taste. Add worchestershire sauce. Cook over med/low heat until soft. Sear beef and add to onion mixture also add the broth. Cook until tender. (add more broth if you need too) Butter buns and grill until light brown. Assemble sandwiches by adding steak mixture on top of bun and and then cheese on top. Set under broiler to melt cheese.

EAT...they are soooooo yummy!! Farmchick's Cube Steak Sandwich...that's whats for supper in my kitchen tonight! Try them....you will be glad you did!! :)


I meant to get this recipe posted yesterday but I just could not get to it. We had a birthday here in our family and many other activities. My Grandma is not doing well and it has been very hard on our family.
