Yippee Yi Ayyyy.....COW PATTY COOKIES??

If you are looking for a tasty but

different cookie then the

COW PATTY

is for you! 1 cup oil

1 cup butter

2 cups sugar

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups corn flakes

2 cups oatmeal

1 package chocolate chips

1 cup pecans

1 cup coconut

------------------------------------------------

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the first four igredients together. Add eggs and vanilla.

Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder--

add to the first four ingredients. Then add the rest

of the ingredients. Mix.

Drop by tablespoons ontocookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.


Now...call your family--get out the milk and everyone

sit down and enjoy a COW PATTY!!

  8. Woohoo....my cookie!!! I can almost smell then baking. I love these cookies....not just because of the name. MMmmmm! I used to make them all the time and now I really have a hankerin' for 'em! Could ya just toss one my way??? Heeehehehe!

    I just made zuchinni bread this afternoon, with coconut, walnuts, mini choc chips nad raisins!
