If you are looking for a tasty but
different cookie then the
COW PATTY
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups oatmeal
1 package chocolate chips
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
------------------------------------------------
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the first four igredients together. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder--
add to the first four ingredients. Then add the rest
of the ingredients. Mix.
Drop by tablespoons ontocookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Now...call your family--get out the milk and everyone
sit down and enjoy a COW PATTY!!
