A recipe just for you!

Hello everyone!

As promised, here is a really easy
meal to make on a night that
you are pressed for time! I know
as a Mom I have a lot of nights
like that! I bet you do too!

EZ Lasagna Toss

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 - 8 oz cans of mushrooms
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 2/3 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Fat Free Zesty Italian dressing
12 oven ready lasagna noodles (broken into quarters)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Brown meat, onion, garlic in a large pan.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, dressing and water;
bring to a boil. Add noodles; stir and cover.
Cook on medium-low heat 10-15 minutes until noodles
are tender--stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cheese-cover.
Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy with a nice green salad!

  13. YUM! That looks fantastic! Shall give it a try!

I'm with you on the mud stuff! When we get rain, ours turns to sticky clay - then a real mess!

  27. I made this last night, started it at 4:00pm - got it to the noodle point, added them, let it boil for a minute, added the cheese, put a tight lid on it and turned off the burner - came back at 7:00pm and gobbled it up! Thanks so much!
