Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes




So, I finally tried out these potatoes on my family and they passed the test...everyone loved them!


1.5 cups light sour cream
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 lb small red potatoes
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheese blend

Now you simply thinly slice the potatoes.  Mix the other ingredients and one cup of the cheese together.  Toss the potatoes into the mixture and stir until completely mixed up.  Spray your crockpot and add the potato mixture.  Turn on high and cook for 3-4 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.  30 minutes before serving the potatoes add the remaining half cup of cheese to the top.  You can also add chives and paprika...I got so excited to eat that I completely forgot!!  ;) 

This recipe is adapted from here.  I changed it up a bit to suit my family and also used just what I had in my pantry.
