An easy 4th of July treat - fun for the kiddos to make! :)

Yes.......I first posted this in 2009 but I thought I would post it again since it is such a cute and easy treat to make. Kids love doing this little snack....with chocolate and sprinkles what more could a kid ask for?!?!? :)

Pretzel Sparklers

Milk chocolate or white chocolate chips (follow directions on package to melt)
package (10 ounces) pretzel rods
Colored candy stars or sprinkles

Dip each pretzel rod about halfway into chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Sprinkle with stars. Place on waxed paper to dry. Yield: about 2 dozen.

Please remember all of the people of my great state of North Dakota as they deal with the flood waters.........many are devasted by water up to their roofs of their homes.

Leave me a comment and say hi. I would love to return the visit. :) Also, don't forget to get your pictures ready for photo party tomorrow. :) To see what I am talking about go here.
