I had a cocker spaniel that loved to go swimming. We had a little pond out front you know the cutesy Anyway before I let him out of the house if I did not tell him no swimming, he would take a plunge. Nothing more fun than a wet cocker! If he was still with me I would probably let him swim all the time. Miss him... but a lot of good memories!

until next time... nel

My dogs love the water too. I need to buy a kiddie pool for the yard. They enjoy it during the hot summer months.

What type of dog is that?

Buster loves the river and our pool especially on a hot day, except when he swims toward the ducks and they turn and start chasing him.LOL

It's still too cool here for a dip in the pond. :) The water is very cold even in the dog days of summer!

Still a little too nippy for me to jump in the pond.
